We usually ship out orders the same day as ordered, unless you purchase the bottle after 3pm Central Time or on the weekends. Once the order has been shipped, it takes about 3-5 business days for the product to arrive at your address as we use the USPS Priority Labels on every order. How do I return my order?
If you do not love Shiaqga for any reason, simply contact us via phone or email and let us know you’d like a refund.
30 Day Money Back Return Policy applies as a full refund within 30 days for all first time purchasers of an initial order of product. It does not apply to an individual’s additional product orders placed after an initial order. Limit one (1) guarantee per product/unit, per household.
How do I cancel my order?
Please call us immediately at 1-877-365-7282 and we will help you cancel an order if it was just placed. However, if your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Instead, you can return the product back to us for a full refund. Please call us or email us for return instructions.

Please call us immediately at 1-877-365-7282 and we can try and help you fix the address. If the order has already been shipped we will have to wait until the product is returned to us.

No, at this time we are not shipping orders internationally.
