Excellent taste. I take it straight. I think it is helping. Im also eating keto, Intermittent fasting, and sleeping well. My blood pressure is almost back to normal and my chronic pain of 8 years is vanishing. I do not know if it is all these things combined or just the Shiaqga. However, I noticed a quick recovery from chronic pain in a matter of a few days after increasing my dosage to the full recommended amount. This is worth a try! I will add I am not doing my keto perfectly as in on my days I do not fast I eat carbs. So, this leaves me to believe that this product is truly working. The cost may be prohibitive for some, but if you can find a way to swing it I think its worth it.

First, the elixir tastes delicious! I add 2ml to about 2TBSP of cold water. Because my habits are only consistent in the morning I take 2ml at 1 time. I generally feel better while recovering from the side effects of cancer treatment. Time will tell about recurrence but the science is there and I choose to believe the science.

My wife is going through radiation and chemo, for neck and throat cancer, the doctor has been pretty pleased on how she is doing.
